From the Hollow - our blog
Red Gate Hollow began not as a business plan, but as a piece of land that demanded care rather than control. What started as stewardship slowly became a vision for something larger: a place where conservation, remembrance, and low-impact hospitality could coexist without compromise.
This page serves as an ongoing journal rather than a fixed narrative. As the land changes, so does the story. Updates here may include progress on the memorial garden, seasonal observations, construction milestones, setbacks, small wins, and moments that don’t fit neatly anywhere else.
The intent is transparency over polish. Development takes time, especially when done thoughtfully, and this space exists to share that process honestly. Visitors and supporters are invited to follow along, check back in, and witness the gradual shaping of Red Gate Hollow without hype or urgency.
The journal also acts as a record of decisions made with care—why certain areas remain untouched, why growth is phased, and how the balance between access and preservation is continually evaluated.
