PROPERTY ACCESS AND USE

Red Gate Hollow is private property. Access is granted solely as a temporary, revocable license for recreational use and enjoyment of the property in accordance with these Property Rules.

No reservation, payment, invitation, or permission to enter the property shall create any tenancy, leasehold, ownership interest, easement, homestead right, adverse possession claim, residency right, or any other legal interest in the property.

Guests must depart the property upon expiration of their reservation or upon request of the property owner or authorized representative.

The property owner reserves the right to deny entry, revoke access privileges, remove guests for rule violations, and restrict access to any portion of the property at any time.

Unauthorized activities including, but not limited to, digging, excavation, metal detecting, timber cutting, vegetation removal, construction, installation of improvements, resource extraction, dumping, hunting, trapping, or destruction of natural features are strictly prohibited.

Any personal property left on the premises without written authorization may be considered abandoned and removed at the owner’s discretion, subject to applicable law.

By entering the property, visitors acknowledge that outdoor recreation involves inherent risks including uneven terrain, wildlife, insects, falling branches, cliffs, water features, changing weather conditions, and other natural hazards. Visitors voluntarily assume all risks associated with their presence on the property.
